Roast Lamb with ShaCha Source🇹🇼

你好!It's Seishu.

 

 

Today I'll introduce another recipe using ShaCha source, Taiwanese BBQ source.

Lamb greatly goes with ShaCha source.

The Roast Lamb is so yummy.

It's juicy and spicy.

 

 

Let's get started!!

 

 

Ingredients (for a person)

A

  • lamb                             200g
  • ShaCha source            1 tbsp
  • chicken powder           1 tsp
  • salt                               1 tsp
  • olive oil                         2 tbsp

B

  • ShaCha source            1 tbsp
  • cooking sake               4 tbsp

C

  • carrot                             10g
  • enoki mushroom            20g

 

 

Method

1. Mix lambs with ingredients A and wait about 30 minutes.

2. Cut and sauté ingredients C. (You can use other vegetables you like too.)

Then preheat at 230℃.

3. Gently sauté the lambs for about 5 minutes.

Roast the lambs at 230℃ for 3 minutes and 30 seconds.

4. Put cooking sake into the pan and scrape meat juice off the pan over medium heat. ( in French "déglacer")

Add 1 tbsp ShaCha source. This is source.

 

Transfer the lambs and vegetables to a plate and put the source on it.

It's so juicy thanks to roasting.

It's medium rare.

 

Light-bodied wine goes well with the cuisine.
